The Central area refers to both a neighborhood and a business district. The Central neighborhood has attractive housing due to approximity to the shopping district dowtown. Portions of the area are in definite need of some help, and some can only be saved by the bulldozer and a complete rebuilding. If your interest is in development, then this may be the place to go.
