The neighborhoods of Morley heights and Parkview in Duluth are on the eastern end of town, and consist of many newer homes. These homes are usually on the larger side of the scale, and are mostly single family homes and some multifamily structures. There are a large number of renters in the area, many of them college students attending nearby UMD.

The homes in this area cost a bit more than homes closer to the center of town or the western edge, but can be a great investment for renters who don't mind catering to the younger crowd. The neighborhoods are lovely, and are well taken care of through most of the area.
